Warranty Policy

AllBe Solutions Ltd. (AllBe) warrants that your AllBe1 hardware product (“the product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). Upon receipt of the Device, AllBe will conduct an assessment of the alleged defect to determine whether or not the defect is covered by the warranty. AllBe reserves the right to take remedial actions which AllBe finds appropriate. If AllBe offers you a repaired or replacement device, AllBe will dispatch this Device to you within fourteen (14) working days from the day of AllBe’s receipt of the returned device. The repair and/or replacement of devices is free of charge. The warranty period is not extended by any repair and/or replacement of devices. AllBe bears the shipping costs of repaired and/or replaced devices. This warranty does not apply to products not purchased directly from our web site, or when the instructions for use and activation of the product are not complied with, or when the product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification, moisture or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Note: Battery usage is regarded as normal wear and tear and is therefore not covered by the 12 month warranty. AllBe Solutions Ltd. will only honor battery claims that arise within 6 months from the date of delivery

 

AllBe1 Standard Refunds Policy

You may return all AllBe1's purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 15 days of the date of delivery to you, and we will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy applies only to products you purchase directly from us. Please also note that all refunds must be authorized by us. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the AllBe1 hardware 12 months Worldwide Warranty referred to above. To authorize a replacement, we will request a few details regarding your order and the issue you encountered. To apply for this, please contact us on email support@allbe1.com

An Allbe1 order is eligible for a refund if you’ve had it for less than 15 days, and the order is returned in good condition with original packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense and is non-refundable. AllBe is not responsible for a returned device that is lost in transit to AllBe. Upon receipt of returned devices, AllBe will inspect the returned device. AllBe reserves the right to impose on you any charges for any damage to the returned device observed during such an inspection.

Please also note that partial returns are not eligible for a refund. (Example: If you ordered 2 AllBe1's + Everywhere USB stick and accessories, you must return them all to receive a refund.)
